Terms of service
Last updated (not yet in force)
Who we are and who these terms are for
To be written. It will cover:
- ATA techspace, the company behind ProfitSpace IQ
- The business (the venue's organization) that signs up, and the people it invites
Your data is yours
To be written. It will cover:
- The venue owns its data: costs, recipes, sales, payments, shifts, bookings and everything it enters or connects
- We use it only to run the service for that venue; we don't sell it or use it to train anyone's models
- Exporting it (Records → Accountant export) and asking for it to be deleted when the account closes
Plans, trials and payment
To be written. It will cover:
- Standard and Premium plans per venue per month, and the 14-day trial
- What happens when a trial ends or a plan is cancelled: the venue goes read-only until a plan is picked
- Billing through Stripe; refunds and changes
Accounts and roles
To be written. It will cover:
- Owners, managers and staff, and the billing admin
- Keeping sign-in links private; telling us about unauthorised access
Connected services
To be written. It will cover:
- Square, Toast, Resy forwarding and other connections the venue chooses to turn on
- Those services' own terms; we read from them and never post or charge through them
Information, not advice
ProfitSpace IQ gives information based on your venue's data. It is not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important decisions with your accountant or adviser.
The lawyer will confirm the final wording; this is the disclaimer shown under every IQ answer, the monthly outlook and the CFO consultation.
Availability, liability and changes
To be written. It will cover:
- Service availability and maintenance
- Limits of liability
- How we tell you about changes to these terms
- Governing law (Texas) and contact details
